Beachfront Mayan Princess Heated Pool + Kiddie Pool, 75" TV, Blackout curtains

Mayan Princess is a beachfront community with 3 pools (Kiddie, Heated*, and Cabana), hot tub, volleyball, horseshoes and ping pong. Built in 1984 with concrete bunker-style construction, stucco exterior; the original condos have saltillo tile, creating a Mexican aesthetic. The property boasts a short beach boardwalk; whereas most condos have much longer walkways. The walk is well lit at night and has a shower station. Located 5 miles south of Port A. Amenities include a large spa, sand volleyball, horseshoes & ping pong. 4 beach chairs included. The Mayan Princess has a strict no pets policy. The community is extremely popular with families.

Unit 101 is a 2bed 2 bath 1st floor end unit with a dunes view. There are 8 steps from parking to door (we also have a wooden ramp) and zero steps inside the condo. We also have a ramp for wheel chair or beachwagon access. Many guests appreciate this specific location, as it is more private (people do not walk by your patio) and there are no elevators to contend with.
The living area is 22' wide and has a spacious feel w/ a 6 person sectional, recliner and 75" TV. The sofa is not a sleeper, but it is very comfortable for sleeping. If you choose to sleep on the sofa, plan to bring bedding from home as our laundry capacity is limited.
Both bedrooms(one king, one queen) have plush memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains, High chair, pack'n play and a twin rollaway.
The primary suite is private (it's down a long hall from the 2nd bedroom) and has a large tub/shower which is open to the bedroom, we have added curtains for more privacy while showering. The vanity and commode is behind the corner and not in a separate room.
Technology includes Spectrum Select cable, 500 mbps Wifi, and the 3 TVs have Roku (you can stream Spectrum content or log into your subscriptions). *Heated pool is heated seasonally and at the discretion of management. Please check with your host or Mayan's front desk for more details. *STR 302590
