Pool, Prvt Yard City of Corpus Christi Short Term Rental Permit Number: 2023-159752 “Mi Casa Es Su Casa" is a 4 bedroom with 4 bathroom, three story, newly rebuilt luxury villa with views of the ocean and bay from the multiple decks. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the mornings and create a toast to those you share the sunsets with in the evenings. Our home is located in a small private, beach access neighborhood with a community pool and a walking boardwalk to the beach. Our home is about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Upon entering the home on ground level you will find the garage-converted game room with a 65" TV, shuffleboard table, poker table, life-size connect four game, bar with stools, family games and queen size sleeper sofa. Also on the first floor is a full bathroom and laundry room for your use. Off the game room area to the exterior of the home is the fenced yard, a covered patio with gas grill and outdoor shower. Second level is where you will find the luxury fully-stocked gorgeous kitchen, family room, full bathroom and bunk bedroom. Our goal was to provide our guests with a home full of amenities that makes them feel like they are truly on vacation! There is a newly added deck off of the kitchen where the ocean and sunrises can be viewed. Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee bar that has dual coffee makers, a wine bar with a separate beverage refrigerator, high-end stainless appliances, extensive cook and bakeware, double oven, TV above the refrigerator, large family-sized island to share so many memories and meals! The kitchen flows into the family room that has a large comfy sectional sofa, 65" TV with surround sound, game table and a wall of sliding glass doors that open out to the bayside deck. Enter the bunk room through double barn sliding doors where there are two queen size beds, a 55" TV and two overstuffed, fun bean bag chairs. The primary bedroom and bathroom, two secondary bedrooms with a Jack n Jill bathroom are located on the third level. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area with a queen size sleeper sofa, 55" TV and glass sliding door opening to deck. Enter the spa-like primary bathroom through a sliding barn style door to find so much!! Separate stand alone shower that has 3 shower heads and a bench seat, contemporary freestanding soaking tub that is a beautiful center piece, lighted mirrors at both vanities and another deck looking out over the bay. The master closet is huge with custom craftsmanship finish-outs including built-in drawers, cabinets and tons of hanging space. The two secondary bedrooms are furnished exactly the same with queen size beds and 50" televisions. Loved that the host provided most toiletries, coffee station with pods and syrup, plenty of supplies for cooking & serving and the bbq grill was in good condition. A few minor concerns were some of the bathroom doors didn’t lock, front door got stuck & we had to use side door to get in & out, outside trash can was almost full when we got there so we ran out of room for our trash and there were no instructions for the smart appliances. Bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, grill, kitchen, living room and laundry were all amazing. There's lots of space in this house to spread out, and the laundry shoot is a great touch. Communication with the property manager was fantastic as well. The fenced in yard was a nice touch, as this property backs up to the highway. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk that leads directly onto the beach, but if you want to bring wagons of stuff or coolers, you will have to carry that down a bunch of stairs - there is no ramp leading down to the sand. The community pool is small, shallow, warm, and a little sandy, plus the toilet seat was broken in the bathroom there. The neighborhood is under construction, which didn't bother us, but it doesn't have that 'finished feel' where the community pool is being maintained. Overall, we loved the house (so many balconies!) and the views are great. We just had to drive one group truck down to the access road to transport our sun shade, beach chairs, coolers, etc. ##### megan c. The house was everything and then some. We loved the game room, the kitchen was great and had everything we could have possibly needed, the coffee bar was amazing, the beds were super comfy. The neighborhood was deserted the week we were there and half of the houses in the neighborhood are for sale which made it feel quiet and peaceful on one hand but at times felt a bit eerie as well. We all enjoyed staying it there. The kids particularly loved the garage playroom and bunk beds. It’s not too far away from the beach. We had an a wonderful experience for our family vacation at this place. Everything was gorgeous and there was a lot to do for our family. We had 10 adults an 4 little ones and we made some wonderful memories together. The beds were so comfortable and we loved sitting around the kitchen table playing board games in the evenings. It was also very close to the beach making it easy even for our 3 year olds to walk. I should also add that the owner was very helpful and accommodating as well. Due to covid we had to reschedule and she was very flexible and helpful during our stay!
