The smell in the hallway was horrendous! Smelled like a las vegas casino combined with an old bowling alley! The bathroom walls and floors were seapareted from each other, so creatures could crawl in and out. The tv kept turning itself off! Parking was horrible! Especially ppl in large vehicles that don't know how to park! Its only saving grace was the short distance to the beach. Serious upgrades are needed...and at $200 /per night/per room, you can afford it!

There were only two small elevators, so sometimes there was a rather long wait. The beach was kind of dirty, but a blame beach goers not the hotel. We stayed in one of the bayfront rooms and it was wonderful!

The location of the hotel was in the perfect spot. We loved the easy access to the beach and all its surroundings. We did not like the fact that our restroom on the 5th floor had a HUGE hole in the ceiling right above our shower with BLACK MOLD all around it. It gave a very creepy uneasy feeling. Also not to mention the AC did not work very well I’d say it was around 78 degrees in the room at night time. The hallway to the pool area had a VERY VERY bad odor as well.

When we arrived rooms were not ready. When they did tell us in the lobby that are rooms were ready now and gave us keys we came up with all our bags to find our rooms still not ready and full of beer, trash, gross disgusting rooms. Pool was brown hot tub brown. Will not stay again. Worst hotel I’ve been to yet

Horrible experience. My room was dirty. There was no guide for the tv channels. The back sliding door was hard to open and close. Everything in the room was rusty. The ceilings were dirty. The staff made me wait an extra 30 minutes to check in even though the room was ready, and tried charge a $60 fee if I wanted to check in right away. The fitness room door was broken. Breakfast was not free (ridiculous pricing) it’s cheaper to eat somewhere else.

The room was clean. The staff is also nice. But the building is showing its age and I think they need to remodel in the hall ways. I don’t think a deposit also needs to be required if so Expedia needs to let the resident know before booking

The staff were friendly and reliable. I asked to switch from our original given room, because it smelled like smoke and Mercedes, a staff member, switched us without any questions. Honestly this would be a great place to stay, if the rooms did not smelled like tobacco and marihuana. We had that problem in our first and second room as the guests next door to us were smoking marihuana and it seep into our room through the air condition system. Also- the building is outdated and it needs some work on it. Finally I liked that it was very dog friendly, but I was never told that I had to pay a pet fee of $25 a night. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again, unless I couldn’t find anything else.

My stay was great. Clean room and friendly staff. Their beach area is clean and private. There was an issue with the room phone not working but I didn’t notice until the day I was leaving to contact front desk for late check out. I extended until 12pm. They will usually accommodate a late check out if the rooms are not fully booked the next day. Just call! And if needed ask ahead when checking in!

They when we arrived late there was free coffee available next to check-in. Coffee was only thing free offered in the morning and buffet style breakfast was pricey at over $12 per person. This property does have a beautiful beach with lot of sand to enjoy. Pillows were smallest ones I have ever seen and the only negative over all.

They tried to blame my dog for damage to a door that was already damaged. They said im no longer able to rent there. It was clearly not my dog and couldnt have been my dog . Thats fine though because the facility was extremely dirty . Does anyone else notilce that certain hotels/motels just dont mop the floors in rooms? Well this one of those. The barhtub had hair in it and the toilete had not been scrubbed . Plus, they handled a situation with another guest in front of me very unprofessional .

The fitness room was in terrible condition. The 2 bikes did not work, no elliptical machine. The only option for cardio was the treadmill. The equipment was very dirty. It looked like it had not been wiped down in years. Other than that, everything was fine.
