Aransas Princess #203 - 2BR, 2BA Bright Ocean View Condo

Leave your worries at the door and vacation with all the comforts of home in this beautiful Aransas Princess beach front condo.

This two bedroom, two bath second floor unit features a king bed in the master bedroom (with an incredible ocean view), a queen bed and a twin bunk bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 8.

Truly a home away from home, this unit features a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen - complete with every utensil and appliance you may need to feed your group, large or small.

For guests who may not want to completely give up their technology, we also have free wifi and basic cable in every room.

Ideally situated in the beautiful Aransas Princess complex on Beach Access Road 1-A, guests can rent a golf cart and access not only the beach, but also the numerous delicious restaurants and fun shops and boutiques in downtown Port Aransas.

Relax in the hot tub, or take a refreshing swim in one of the two large pools available to guests - one of which is heated and open until midnight for our late swimmers. Enjoy a nice game of bocce ball, cornhole, pickleball, or tennis.

For anglers looking to bring their own boat to take advantage of the area's excellent fishing, designated boat and trailer parking is available right in the complex parking lot.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required depending on the season.
Winter Texan discount available December through March.

All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.

Policies and Rules:
SHORT TERM RENTAL REGISTRATION # 184528

1) Check-in time is 4:00 PM
2) Check-out time is 11:00 AM
3) No pets are allowed
4) Non-Toilet trained/incontinent persons must wear appropriate waterproof swim wear while in the pools or hot tub
5) No glass is allowed in the pool area
6) Food and drinks are not allowed within 6 feet of the pools or hot tub
7) Barbeque grills are not allowed
8) Each unit is individually owned, please do not remove or take items (dishes, furniture, towels, etc…) to other condos
9) Changes to itinerary are not eligible for refund
10) Guests will be billed for any damages to the property or condo.
11) You may park your vehicles in the parking lot in front of the complex. The reserved parking spot in the parking garage is reserved for the owner's vehicle.

Beautiful unit with a clear view of the ocean and convenient view of the pool, if you have children going to the pool with one adult while the other stays behind that still wants to keep an eye out. The unit is stocked with everything anyone could need on a beach vacation. Polite staff and quiet family friendly environment. Parking was easy. Driving to the beach was a breeze and the best option for us, but the golf cart service offered by the condo was appreciated! The location was optimal for beach and town access. We will definitely book again.

Girls beach trip

Condo is very well kept

The condo is very nice and met our expectations. The only downside was that the pool you see in the pics had to be drained because of a chemical in balance so it was unusable for 2 days. On a lesser note the internet was out for one day. As for the beach, we were a bit disappointed in the fact that there are small balls of tar that can get on swim suits and on your body. Coming from the east coast this not something we are used to.

This was our first time staying in a condo in Port Aransas. The condo was just as described and pictured!! We typically rent a house so having quick and easy access to the pools, hot tub and beach were very nice! The condo was well stocked. We all really enjoyed the balcony and the view every morning! Excellent Condo - Will Be Back!

We are a family of 5 with my mom also traveling with us. This was our first time as a family to Port A and we absolutely loved it, despite the tropical storm that came through. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and big enough for all of us. Beautiful beach view from the patio and directly above one of the pools. David was quick to help with any troubles we had and was very generous. Will definitely recommend this condo and sure to be back.

An Amazing Experience

What a blast. We had three nights at the condo and every one of them was perfect. Everyone there is very polite and professional. They have terrific amenities. The beach is only a short walk or drive from the condominium. I would highly recommend this place. I know for a fact that I will be back.
