Welcome to \*\*Jones N By The Beach\*\*, a beautifully decorated coastal retreat nestled in the charming Sand Point subdivision, conveniently located off 11th Street. This spectacular home offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with shopping, dining, and the beach just a short ride away in the included 6-passenger golf cart!
Spanning two levels, this spacious home features an open-access main living area on the second level, designed for family gatherings and movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, making it a delight for any home chef. Enjoy serene views from the lovely porches that invite you to unwind and soak in the coastal atmosphere. This level also includes a full bath and three comfortable bedrooms, two of which come with ensuite baths for added privacy.
The first level of the home, accessible through a separate entrance at the back, offers even more living space. Here you'll find an additional living area complete with a Murphy bed, perfect for accommodating guests or extra family members. A cozy kitchenette and two more bedrooms, along with a full bath, make this level a versatile and welcoming space.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Our family loved the layout and the house itself. Very clean, beds were comfortable, and was in very good repair. The only suggestion I would make is to replenish some of the kitchen, odds and ends. Could use a replacement of some of the kitchen, knives, Other utensils, etc. All very minimal, just suggestions. We would definitely come back and stay. Had a great time.
