« I was able to contact the property owner Letty before even booking we had a very nice conversation about the property and location and that i did not need to bring anything more than a toothbrush and she wasn't kidding the unit is fully furnished dishes towels etc. Upon arriving Tanner the caretaker greeted us and gave us his cell phone number. « The guest suite at the Crossed J Ranch was the ideal place to stay for our Memorial Day weekend getaway to the Chiricahua National Monument and surrounding area. "Très bel établissement. Jardins, restaurant et chambres soignées. Le personnel à la réception n'est pas particulièrement accueillant. Je suis insatisfaite car j'avais réservé une chambre Casita King, or la chambre octroyée ne ressemblait pas du tout à la Casita King. Elle était beaucoup plus petite et ne disposait pas des caractéristiques de ce type de chambre. Un couple d'amis qui a réservé en même temps que moi à eu une vraie casita King. Je commence à être agacé de voir que les réservations via hotels.com sont souvent des chambres inférieures à la gamme réservée ou mal situées ou mal orientées."
