The breakfast had a good selection of foods, we ate at the hotel the first evening and had a very good meal, overall our experience was excellent we would definitely plan to return if we are in the area again. "I love this giant hotel in the heart of Ennistymon. I was able to park easily and walk easily all over the small town. There are amazing views from the 3rd and 4th floor dining halls at breakfast and dinner over this amazing 11-level waterfall that is a major highlight of the town, and a walking path from the hotel to it. I thought the staff was warm and welcoming. I did not have a chance to use the amenities while I was there, but I really enjoyed all the many breakfast options, especially the charcuterie meats, the giant pot of porridge, and fresh fruits every day! "
