The space  
Nestled in the picturesque seaside village of Kaminaki, Villa Nikos by Tsiolis Family offers a serene escape just steps from the sparkling Ionian Sea. This spacious, two-storey villa with three bedrooms comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure.  
  
The villa is thoughtfully designed to provide all the comforts of home. Guests can enjoy access to a large shared swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for basking under the Corfiot sun or enjoying a refreshing evening dip under the moonlight. A barbecue area invites you to prepare delicious meals while soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

On arrival, we offer a “welcome breakfast” inside the property, with bottled water, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate drink, tea, muesli, bread slices, butter, greek honey etc. There is also a special gift from the owners with homemade marmalade, greek cookies, greek brioche and three homemade traditional liquers from our family’s old recipe.  
  
All of our rooms are also equipped with a beauty box and amenities like shampoo, shower gel, soaps, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers.
