"Cute, modern apartment on the 17th floor in a nice new building, with two furnished balconies facing north with nice views and great sun exposure. However it really, really needs a deep cleaning. There is a cleaning fee collected and the place had obviously been cleaned, but not well. "Hey guys, just to let you know, you have to read the description where the owner says you have to pay an additional fee for the concept of cleaning it up. The owner tries to charge me that extra fee (it was more than 60% of the value of one night). I didn't check in, I preferred to lose the reservation and the value of one night. I will never rent an apartment to this guy. Don't say I didn't tell you."
