"This was our last stop on a 12-day trip. The location was great with grocery stores right across the street and not far off Hwy 101. The general manager, Amber, checked us in and was very accommodating. We had a king suite with lots of room, a kitchen, a comfy couch in the sitting area, and a very comfortable bed. We had an annoying issue while watching Saturday college football. All at once, the game was gone and we no longer had control of our own TV (it was looking for an Apple connection), but only the TV in the sitting area. The TV in the bedroom still operated normally. Since there are no phones in the rooms, my husband walked down to the office to report the problem. At first, there was no one to be found, then a young woman appeared, spoke with him, and said that she knew what to do about this known, and apparently recurring, issue. She came down to our room several minutes later, took care of the issue, and started to leave. My husband tried to ask some questions, but her responses indicated that she couldn't do anything further and kept walking away. She wouldn't even give him her name. The excuse was that guests don't know which TV they have, so it's a crap shoot when they start connecting their own apps. So, customer service, not so great. Beware of this issue if you decide to stay here. We're sure it could be avoided completely through better inventory management and a little creative thinking, but that's their problem."

"I recently stayed at the Old Town Inn and had a very pleasant experience overall. The property is a great option for travelers looking for a comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced place to stay without the unnecessary extras of a larger hotel. One of the biggest advantages is the location, which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The accommodations are straightforward and practical, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of traveling or sightseeing. What I appreciated most was the simplicity of the experience. Sometimes all you really need is a clean, comfortable room, a convenient location, and a hassle-free stay, and the Old Town Inn fits that description nicely. While it’s not a luxury property, it doesn’t pretend to be one. It offers the kind of uncomplicated, welcoming atmosphere that makes a short stay enjoyable. It’s particularly well suited for visitors who plan to spend most of their time exploring the area rather than hanging around the hotel. Overall, I would recommend the Old Town Inn to anyone looking for a practical, comfortable, and good-value accommodation. I would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit."
