It can’t be beat. The price was also more reasonable than many others we looked at. The property manager was very attentive and kind. We needed more towels and the entire building had a hot water heater issue one night. They fixed it immediately and were great with communication. The downside is the beds could be more comfortable and the unit could use a fresh coat of paint and newer furniture. However we didn’t care because we were too busy skiing. It felt more like a motel room for spring breakers than a condo. The two beds are low and noticeably concaved. The top surfaces on the furniture are worn, and the room had wall to wall deep pile carpet that looked old. The bathroom is very small but looked to be updated and was clean. If you are looking for a place to crash with great location, ski locker, hot tub and low priced, then this place will do. Just don't expect much in the room. Communication with property management was easy, and we had a great stay. If you are looking at this unit, be aware that check-in and key pickup is in East Village. This is a short shuttle bus ride away from the unit in Center Village. However, the busses stop running at 7:00pm, so if you are checking in late you will need transportation between East Village and Center Village.
