Good hotel in the centre
Good hotel. Big room. Staff speak no English but we figured everything out. Cool little town in the mountains. Hotel is close to food, drinks, groceries, plaza, souvenirs, etc. Hotel also has parking in front of the rooms.

La habitación olía muy mal. Dejamos la ventana abierta esperando que se ventilara, a pesar de que la temperatura era de 4 grados, el olor era insoportable. No había servicio de televisión, el joven a cargo fue a revisar y aunque prometió volver nunca lo hizo. Toda la noche hay luz exterior y dejan abierto así que hay una sensación de inseguridad que no nos permitió descansar.

Estancia en hotel del centro
Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones siempre están super limpias, es acogedor y muy seguro. A parte en cada habitación hay información sobre tours que se pueden tomar, el cuál incluye descripción y costos. En el área de recepción el trato es amable, pero a la recepcionista le hace falta conocer más sobre las actividades que se pueden realizar en creel, para rocomendar a los visitantes. El espacio en el estacionamiento no abastece a todos los huéspedes, nosotros tuvimos que dejar nuestro vehículo en doble fila, pero no hubo mayor problema. Solo se nos presentó una situación uno de los días de nuestra estancia, que fue se nos terminó el agua, nos explicaron que el agua del aljibe se había acabado, pero luego llegó una pipa para llenarlo, solo que si esperamos como una hora. Según nos explicaron, esa situación no había ocurrido en el hotel. En resumen, el trato fue bueno, las habitaciones muy limpias y excelente ubicación.

Hotel económico muy cómodo y limpio
Excelente para descansar después de las actividades que se realizan en la zona. Las personas muy amables en todo momento y las habitaciones huelen muy bien, son amplias con clima, cambian sábanas y toallas diario y las camas son muy cómodas. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí mi experiencia fue increíble.

OBLIGARON A PAGAR ANTES Y NO TENIAN HABITACIONES!!
Me mandaron un correo personal para que pagara por adelantado la reserva, que hiciera un deposito y no se por que ya que mi reserva en la pagina decía pago hasta la llegada, aun así realice el deposito para "asegurarme la habitación" ya que estaban con ocupación alta. después de varios correos y llamadas para hacer el deposito y confirmarme la habitación, a la hora de mi llegada, me mandan a otro hotel, como es posible esto?? ya tenia reservación y ya había hecho el pago, me preocupa que esta pagina maneje hoteles con tan poca seriedad y profesionalismo, si el hotel estaba lleno deberían decirnos y confirmarnos que nos moverían de hotel no hay problema, pero seamos claros.
