The hotel is in a great location to get around. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and courteous. Room was nice and clean. Building was having some external work being done which obstructed views and got a not noisy but notices around the hotel and room informed you of this.

Design issues. Stubbed my foot multiple times on ledge at bathroom entrance. Hit my head multiple times on low-hanging light fixture.

Considering the price of a room I would have expected better amenities - food was very expensive - no place to sit and relax - would not stay again

Hotel was fine, but room had two twin beds pushed together vs. an actual queen mattress so had to request for mattress cover. Great gym. Was given bad info regarding laundry and it never got picked up which was not ideal. Otherwise fine hotel.

Excellent location for seeing sights, hop on hop off bus outside hotel. Train station a few minutes away. Simon in concierge very helpful as were the rest of the staff on reception. The hotel room does need a bit of tender care and uodatiyyo bring it to a 5 star as it is looking a bit scruffy, especially the bathroom and the grouting for example. There is no tray in shower to put your soap, shampoo. So we had to put in floor which isn't very safe. Also would benefit from a hook on back door to hang clothes, dressing gown whilst in shower as no where to put this.

Although we were advised long AFTER booking, that construction was happening, we overlooked that the entrance was impeded. All luggage, and for our cruise was six suitcases. A minor problem. Not many staff but enough to handle all requests excellently. Great hotel location across the street from Tivoli. The quality of the room was our issue. Small and somewhat shabby. Linens and towels were worn. Certainly less than what we expected from a highly rated hotel

We were disappointed that the room could not be available until exactly 3 PM. We arrive back at two, hoping to get into the room, but had to sit in the lobby till three. Other than that, it was a great day.
