"No sound insulating at all!!!! We heard guests above us rolling their luggage bags and clomping around. Room service, having our bed made was "upon request only!" The bathhouse was nice but coed changing area quirky. You had to walk outside across properly in the hotel robe to get to the baths and left with a wet bathing suit. "
