"Property was a bit dated and could benefit from significant renovations. Smell of second hand smoke came through the vents to our room on many an occasion. The cleaning and front desk staff were all really helpful."

"I think this is a review that is not going to be having anything to do on the property itself..that was all good. The staff, breakfast. The room, that's all fine.. What I did not care for is having my payment for the room to be taken out of my bank account a day early when I said I would pay when get to the location.. and the one that's really sore on us is as soon as we arrived I was told there was $100 the security deposit.. both these things were not said anywhere in the hotel or Room description when I booked.. my roommate was quite annoyed.. luckily he's good with his money and can cover these kind of things but that didn't make him happy nor did it make me happy.. because we didn't know anything about that.. yes he's getting the money back but it would have been nice if they would have said something about that up front in the hotel description and it's because of these two things we are probably not going to book here again.. if it wasn't for those two things we wouldn't have an issue with this property.."

"The hot tub was completely empty with no warning signs or barriers around it, which felt like a serious safety hazard—someone could easily have fallen in. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told it had been out of service for at least three months, which makes it even more concerning that nothing has been done to secure or clearly mark the area. The walls are extremely thin, so noise travels easily and makes it hard to relax. On top of that, the shower felt unstable—standing in it honestly made it seem like the floor might give way. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and the lack of maintenance and attention to safety is a major issue."

"I booked last minute for my toddler and I, because I was locked out of my house and it was late at night. Arrived at 11:55 pm with my toddler asleep. the front desk lady helped me with my bags and made everything as fast as possible. Gave me a first floor room because i didn't want to go too far with my sleeping toddler. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and i was checked out right after breakfast!"

"The place was welcoming and less than 5 minute walk to Sesame Place but the smell in the room was horrible. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely stuffy and murky and smelled old. It was cold during our visit so I can't imagine how summer must be. I had to open the door and circulate the room for over an hour every time we stepped out and came back. Hard to sleep at night because of how stuffy it is. The bed is less than 3 feet away from the AC needless to say sleeping was difficult. There was a couch pullout that was convenient for the kids however. The carpets need replacement all around the property so I would not walk barefoot anywhere. Housekeeping is every other day and its short staffed so you have to catch the cleaning personell while they are out. I needed new towels and change of garbage cans because of my small children diapers etc.. so I had to track them down for that AND First floor rooms only have standup showers so not very practical for family stays over all. The breakfast was decent, the staff are very helpful and the hotwater and pressure in bathroom was good. However I would not stay here again given a choice."
