« Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful. »

« Great location in the downtown Houston area. Located about 6 to 8 blocks behind the convention center. We walked to most places. Well stocked, comfortable accommodations. Host was easy to communicate with. We did not realize when booking that it's actually a three level unit. The living area is on the second level and there is a bedroom and bath on each of the first and third levels. No elevator, lots of stair climbing for people with any sort of impairment. That would not deter my staying...

« This was a great place for a extended family stay for a wedding. We just chilled at the house, enjoyed the rooftop (weather was great in January...likely not in August). Only real difficulty was parking was a bit tricky with 3-4 vehicles, leaving some on the street, which seemed a bit risky at night (though we didn't have any actual trouble). »
