Dear guest! We thank you for appreciating our property and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify and respond to your suggestion. Staff is always available at the front office (at least 1 person 24/7) and always ready to assist you. Cleaning staff as well but it is of no interest to any unit of guest to have the staff intruding or making noise for example to get noticed or to attract attention upon themselves to convince you that we have staff available in case you need assistance. In case your observation was referring to the restaurant at the property, we have notified by all channels available (posters in building, verbally at check in, social media, etc) that the restaurant will have a reduced schedule on 31st of December and closed on 1st of January. Should this be what you have indented to write, indeed staff at the restaurant is not required when it is closed! Hope we have clarified the aspects related to your review! Best regards, Mava Team
