Great Escape to See The Eclipse
This cottage was perfect for 6 adults to watch the total solar eclipse together! It has a big deck front & back and we enjoyed it immensely! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Close to small town of Conneaut Lake and the lakefront ( although it has no view). Meadville is nearby too with groceries and a great meat market, Malady’s. We loved our stay and were so happy the clouds cleared and we saw the total solar eclipse!! 🌖

Relaxing getaway
This place is perfect for a quiet stay away from home. Sharon has thought of everything that you could possibly need. The house is decorated beautifully and is in a great location at the lake. Would definitely stay again.

Blues On The Bay Party
We have good friends that live in our neighborhood in winter and we love coming up from HOT Florida to cool off at Conneaut Lake. We would stay here again as it was very close to venue. Perfect, older cottage but clean & comply

Wonderful, cozy stay!
My wife and i and her sister stayed over a 4 day conference. The place was set up very quaintly and accommodated our needs very well. The house was clean and there were extra hospitable touches like a basket of snacks that made us feel at home. Wonderful experience! Also, Sharon was very responsive to any questions or accommodations we had.

Great property
This is an excellent place for a small family to spend some time at conneaut lake. It is clean and on a private road. The owner responds very quickly and has all the info you need on notes and in a welcome book. Very close to the lake as well.

Memory Lane
Lovely place to stay while we walked down memory lane with our friend who left the area 73 years ago. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen with lots of extras like wraps and spices and a perfect welcome basket with Oreo cookies!! The twin bed was a little squeaky with a plastic mattress cover, but I still slept well. Thanks Sharon for sharing!

The Traveler impresses with style
A wonderful and convenient place to stay. Close to the lake and the town making for quick trips to replenish and relax. House is bright and clean and is well stocked with all the tools needed for a great stay. Comfy beds and chairs and a lovely décor. Highly recommended!

Another wonderful weekend at Conneaut Lake Home
Weekend roadtrip to move out my daughter from Allegheny College— was thrilled this beautiful home was available for rent again after discovering this gem last Thanksgiving! Sharon is a wonderful owner who has great communication and is so hospitable. The home is fabulous and so comfortable and clean and well-stocked. My 83 year old mom loved sitting out on the big porch in the spring sunshine! Thank you for sharing your home with us again!

Great Lake Cottage GetAway
Wonderful beach-themed cottage just a few steps away to the shores of Conneaut Lake. We enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving weekend at this welcoming home- greeted with a hospitality basket of goodies and excellent communication with the owner! Would most highly recommend! Wish we could return to for graduation weekend in May- but it is already booked!!!!

Charming lake home
Charming, comfortable home a few blocks from the lake. Sharon was communicative throughout the entire process. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket. The home isn’t large, but feels spacious and efficient use of space. Plenty of seating in the living room, large dining table and bedrooms are spacious. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. We were visiting our son at Allegheny for parents weekend and booked the weekend because the hotels were sold out. After our stay on Conneaut Lake, we have no interest in the hotels when we visit. So comfortable and the town is darling. We felt like we were on vacation! Also nice to have extra space to visit with our son. Highly recommend.

Great place, family friendly!
We had a great experience staying here. Beautiful house, lots of sunlight streaming in, well stocked like a hotel in terms of toiletries, towels and bedding and a well stocked kitchen as well. The only thing I lacked was a step stool to reach the higher cupboards but fortunately my husband could reach. Thanks so much, it's the kind of place we would definitely consider staying at again!

nice little cottage with wonderful decks
This house was off the lake . A short walk or car ride to the beach. The house was clean. It is an A frame. The third bedroom upstairs has a bathroom that is tiny and the shower is only for little people. somewhat understandable as it is an A frame. All bedroom a decent size. The kitchen is nice with a large refrigerator. Has a vintage dishwasher that works. Back deck lights which I believe work by a sensor never worked. Washer and dryer in basement are fine. Plenty of hot water with the 40 gallon tank. I would rent here again.

Conneaut Lake Gem
It's a fooler. Just my wife and I stayed here for a week and found it to be very cozy and comfy for us, with all the amenities. One would think more along the lines of a cottage. But we had family and friends over for visits and dinners and the place was not cramped at all. It would be easy to see how many more than just the 2 of us could comfortably stay there. All aspects of the process and the property were excellent and we highly recommend it to any and all!

Nice stay
We came here over the first weekend in June. The place looked just like the pictures, very nice. Good communication. However the lake isn't as close as we would like. It is a bit of a walk, if you want to go to the small beach area. There is no fire pit, even though there was wood present. It would of been nice to be able to have a fire, but thats ok we still had a good time. The welcome basket was a very nice surprise. My kids loved the cookies and chips.

Great Stay
We had a very nice stay. The cottage was just as pictured and very clean, with a well equipped for all kitchen utensils and equipment . We found the beds and furniture to be comfortable, too. We rented in the winter so we didn't use the grill or outside areas but they look very nice. Sharon was great with Getting back with any answers to questions. All in all really great stay ! Hope to come back again in the future .

Excellent rental
The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was close to the lake and golfing. The food referrals were all good. We used the rental as a base to visit family and friends in Linesville and Mercer. Lake Erie beaches and casino was about a 45 minute ride away. Would rent again if in the area.

Beautiful comfortable and convenient getaway!
I stayed at this house for a weekend in early September with my brother and his girlfriend. We were impressed right off the bat with how well maintained the property is, as well as how comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas were!
