Sleeps 6 comfortably. Cathedral ceiling in living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. 2 wide screen TVs and WIFI. Central air, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer. Large yard, wrap-around deck with tables, and gas grill. Off-street parking. Walking distance to small swim/sandy beach area with a few chairs, parking and boat ramp (about .4 mile). Close to marina, restaurants, Iriquois club (event venue) and local attractions. (Photos show most recent furnishings on main floor and upstairs bedroom. We wanted a place that my siblings, myself, our mom, and spouses could all stay together. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great, it was very clean which is important to us, and there were many thoughtful touches provided.
