"We stayed 2 night in the Hotel, the room had comforts bed and good size bathroom overall it was nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's in good location with shops and train station and buses.
We were disappointed with the some of staff at reception desk, they weren't helpful also we couldn't book spa when we checked in.

"Ideally located for salthill promenade including blackrock if you fancied an early morning swim, you wouldnt be alone. The rooms are spacoous , airy and well maintained. The breakfast was scrumptious, with plenty of choice. If i was to say anothong other than an excellent stay, when they the quieter time os between 7 and 8am , only if no tour parties are staying.although the restaurant area was lathe enougb to cater for all."
"The hotel was outstanding. We especially liked the ability to walk into Galway and also were able to walk to the ferry to the Aran Islands and the train station. Lastly, we took advantage of the Spa which I would highly recommend."
"The best thing about Galway Bay Hotel is the staff. Absolutely the best hotel staff we had on our trip around Ireland - friendly, professional, and genuine. Although they are right beside an amusement park, the windows are excellent and almost no noise came in. Very comfortable and very walkable into Galway. "

"Easy check in, great location, nice view of the river, from our room. Parking was difficult, especially when dragging luggage up and down stairs. It would be nice to have an area to unload close to the entrance to the Lobby. Other than that, the hotel met all our needs."
