We have a nice SUV and this hotel is near the University. They suggested we park on the street; a very busy street. We had to park away from our room in a restaurant parking lot. We weren’t real happy!"

"I knew it was a dive going in ... was just looking for a cheap room for one night .. the place was clean but it just needs to be updated ...the bed was hard and lumpy maybe the worst I have ever slept on ...will probably spend the extra money for a nicer place next time I visit Chico "

"Property is renovated but still a motel, for a 1 night stay it does its job. Bathroom toilet is somewhat peculiar, so close to the wall that you wonder who would be able to use a toilet like that. Overall it’s an ok property located in a great location. "
