« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. A special thank you to Ganga at the reception desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. I’d also like to recognize Shannon at the front desk for her helpfulness, especially during breakfast in the morning. Both Ganga and Shannon provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here...

« Rooms were decently cleaned, very strong musty mold smell from in the room which was probably from the ancient a/c unit that only worked on high and was very very loud! Both rooms I booked were the same way so I imagine it wasn’t just a one off.. staff were very very helpful and friendly- no complaints there.. it was supposedly remodeled but you could see all the corners that were cut .. wouldn’t stay here again.. but great staff! »

« Bathroom door latch sticking badly and toilet paper holder kept falling off of wall. Reported these to the front desk on day 1. Departed after day 3 and still not fixed. Wireless service was sketchy at best. I was actually able to use it for about 1 1/2 days. We won’t be staying at Sleep Inn & Suites again in the future. »
