We erred and left behind our note book/legal pad with expenses etc and when we called to ask, the gentleman at the front desk (I apologize, everyone’s names have left me) knew exactly what we were missing and did not release it to my husband without ID."

The light at the entrance was out, it is old an appeared like it hadn't been touched in years. All the locks on doors were very difficult to operate.
