Villa Amaltea is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards) including 200 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Amaltea from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 22 steps. Because of its convenient location with just a few steps to climb, some traffic noise can be heard. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Amaltea. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
