If traveling with friends be aware the kitchen is part of one of the bedrooms. It states so in the description, however, not clearly. Kitchen is well equipped but without an oven. We were provided coffee, milk, spices and oils which was a lovely convenience. There are multiple stairs to the living quarters soo be prepared with bags. There is space for parking (yea!) a small car Enrico lives on site on the lower floor and is incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The owners son lives on site and communicates well in different languages using google translate. He was very attentive to our needs asking us daily what we needed.
