« Det var meget roligt, nærværende og afslappende. Der var plads til at være sig selv. Personalet var meget søde, behagelige, hjælpsomme og obs. på om man manglede noget. De spurgte om de skulle komme med anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkeringsmuligheder i Como og udenfor byen, som var en stor hjælp! Hvis man vil kan de også stå for ordning af bådture eller andre dagsture som kunne have relevans. Alt i alt, et fantastisk ophold med en lækker udsigt »

« La chambre était annoncée "vue sur le lac", on l'entrevoit par la fenêtre, mais ce n'es PAS vue sur le lac, on est en 3ème ligne ! L'accueil est froid, le petit déjeuner à peine correct,la chambre est petite, la déco de la chambre vieillotte, pas de vue sur lac, 2 étages sans ascenseur avec les valises. Alors pour compenser, les robinets sont dorés bling-bling, on vous prête un fer à friser (qui gène sur le charriot de la salle de bain) et la TV est ultra-plate et en miroir... Cela ne vaut...

« Le logement est exactement comme indiqué sur l’annonce donc pas de mauvaise surprise. Hyper bien placé en plein centre de Côme. La voiture au parking un peu plus loin (5min à pied) permet de laisser sa voiture en sécurité car toute la vieille ville ce fait à pied. Appartement propre et confortable. Il est fait pour y dormir et non pour y passer du temps car situé au dernier étage sous les toits il n’offre que 2 toute petite fenêtres. Mais pour nous c’était parfait car nous ne recherchions pas...

"The only thing that saves this hotel is the spa and breakfast. The hotel room had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There were cigarette butts graciously left on the balcony, things left in the bedside table drawer, no hand soap by the sink, only lotion, one bathrobe and two towels for 3 people checking in. Hotels are usually disappointing and this hotel is the same - disappointing with nothing but a “sorry”. Hand soap was requested two times but did not receive it.
