I expected more of this hotel, provided horrible service. Breakfast was bad and my room wasn’t as clean as I expected it. I really don’t believe is worth the price.
Hotel had a nice patio area which is nice: but for hotel management to allow loud behavior up to midnight and past was unfortunate for us. We could not get to sleep for the noise. Management should control the facility and shut down the patio at a decent time for the guests that need their sleep. Would not stay again
I was impressed with the cleanliness of this location. The staffs were attentive and makes my stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this location

The sofa pullout bed was covered in crumbs, pieces of chips, and had no sheets. As you pull out the sofa bed, you could see socks, toys, and food that has not been cleaned in some time underneath. The room smelled horrible. The floor was filthy - my son spilled his water, and when I wiped it up, the towel was brown. Gross.
Property was clean and room smelled very clean. Most staff were friendly.
Stayed a total of 5 nights. Room did not get cleaned nor garbage emptied the whole time even though we asked twice to do so. Breakfast was fine.
I liked the location and convenience to travel. The place was nice as I have experienced in the past. The breakfast was almost inedible. Not the kind of service (not withstanding it was free) that I would expect from even a residence inn which caters to folks who might want to do things their own way.
I specifically booked the room with a fireplace, seeing as how I was on a romantic getaway. The fireplace was inoperable and wasn't addressed during my stay. This was a disappointment.
Usually a winner, but renovation is a little messy
They were renovating. We had a 3rd-floor room and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke-probably from the construction workers smoking during the renovation. Room was clean, and comfortable, but the property was torn up. I’m sure it’ll get better after the renovation. I’ve stayed here before many times and was always pleased, so I’ll chalk this up to the construction.

We apologize about the smoking, especially since we are a nonsmoking hotel. Hopefully on your next visit we will have some of our renovation completed and you can enjoy our new rooms.
I have stayed here before and enjoyed my stay this stay was different. The housekeeping staff did not do a good job at cleaning. I wiped down the tables n counters witg disinfecting wipes and they was so dirty. The bathtub wasn't very clean nor was the fridge. It was hair in sink that i knew they would have seen had the cleaned properly.

Staff was rude. Never at the front desk. The tub didn’t drain properly.

My room floor was soak and wet and they wouldnt change my room. And they have charged my card for w nights when i only stayed one night and the maintaince guy was very rude. Dont stay there go somewhere else. And there was dead roaches on nathroom floor.

It was a good stay. I was just in town for the night and slept fairly soundly. Elevator smelled like smoke but that can’t be helped sometimes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and cozy.

The toilet leaked in the bathroom. The carpet in the bedroom beside the window was soaked from the air conditioning unit I guess that's where it came from. The room smelled funny and there were dead roaches found in the livingroom. We also were advised that the pool closed at 9 but there were people at the pool until well after 11pm yelling which my room was right beside the pool

The room looked great, but there was a load of dog hair inside of the pullout bed/couch as well as the carpet. I chose not to use the couch. I requested a vacuum to clean the room myself, since I was told no one would come and clean my room because my stay “wasn’t extended.” The vent beside my bed was also filled with dog fur and I could see it spilling out as the air came on and off.

We went through 2 rooms first room door jammed and fridge leaking 2nd room had roaches didn’t even stay that night checked out within 2 hours
