"This historic home turned hotel is even more beautiful than I imagined! Chandeliers around every corner, the most beautiful stairwell I’ve ever seen with stained glass windows, and quaint details everywhere! Our room was very comfortable, cozy, clean, and had a gorgeous chandelier. The towels are soft and smell like fresh linens, and the beds were very comfortable. Especially with the stand-alone fan conveniently placed next to it!! It was hard to leave in the morning. Loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Birmingham. "

"Room was very nice and clean. Ideal for close proximity to UAB-Highlands. The only problem I had is the key card lock on my hotel room door. I had the hardest time getting in twice to the point where I thought that the key had demagnetized and had them reprogram the key. That was frustrating since I was on the fifth floor, but overall, I would definitely stay again."
