"Host Was Amazing and Property Was Very Clean!"

"A beautiful, secure spot in a great location. Everything was clean, well decorated, comfy. The light and airy feeling of the tall ceilings and large windows. The king bed was comfortable and dressed with quality linens with matter a lot. Would love to stay here again. This is the second property we’ve stayed with Porchlit and it has been a smooth and easy stay at a great value for the money without compromising quality. Can’t say enough nice things about this rental company, and that’s rare. ...

"The room apt was clean with parking directly outside the door. Quiet area with a small park to walk in really close. Great stay with so much close by. The host was gracious and in constant contact. Communication is important and we had that. Enjoyable stay."

"Enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and in a good location."

"The stay was genuinely enjoyable. The shower had strong water pressure, and the kitchen was stocked with thoughtful touches like sodas, K-cups, hot cocoa, and plenty of other refreshments. Parking was a bit limited, but overall the experience was great. If I’m ever in Birmingham again, this spot will be at the top of my list."

"Fine place to stay!"
