We tried to talk to the hotel to get a refund because we could no longer go on the trip and they absolutely refused. They wouldn’t even give us a partial refund so $500 We lost all because they didn’t care at all that this 21-year-old was in the hospital finding for her life."

It’s a funny thing I have all pictures of rooms and descriptions on your app. And my room was listed as only “2 queen suite” while the one she chose to show me like an angry 11 year old would who’s trying to prove she right is enough to keep me from this location in the future. "Parking was easy, in the first room the light switches were not working, the faucet handle was broken, the linens were dirty, there were metal parts coming out of the bed, very dangerous for walking closer to bed. TV didn't work. After complaining they give us the other room, which were not that great but better than the first one. The toilet water tanks had different lids, not belonging to the tank. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
