Very easy walk to Hotel Frederick for dinner or isle of royale. There was a gas station within walking distance for snacks and convenience store type items."

"The property was very nice. Nice quiet location, house was roomy, dock was very nice. The sunroom and decks were awesome. We didn’t have much luck fishing with all the rain, but still had a great time. It is a little tight driving down the drive to the house, and parking is tight, but we made due. The owner was very accommodating for parking our boat trailer. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again."

"Comfortable home in an awesome cove with a nice swim dock! Loved having use of kayaks, lily pad and floats. Friendly neighbors, lots of fish and plenty of opportunity for fun! Pillows could use to be replaced and just FYI that the parking is one way in/out so you have to back in or out which isn’t super problematic, just good to know."

"This place was so cute! My group of 7 stayed and it was absolutely perfect! The size was great, the history was fun, and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated so no worries about anything being outdated/nonfunctional. The trolly picks you up right at the street. Its all amazing! And the hosts were a joy to work with!"

"This place was magical, so much space, everything you need. Our group did a staff retreat there for 13 people and we had so much room. Right on the water, beautiful dock, what you hope for when you want to spend time at the Lake of the Ozarks. Host is wonderful, friendly and easy to communicate with. Neighbors next door are nice and friendly and helpful if you need anything also. You won't regret a stay here!"

"My daughter just graduated from University of Missouri. I was shocked to find out that Mr Rollins was one of its founding fathers. Our stay could not have been any better. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were endless. We also loved the Chance gardens just across the street. Thank-you for the great memories made."

"10 of us fit comfortably in this house, and it was the perfect location! We were able to get picked up by boat at the private dock, and could Uber about 20 minutes to bars and restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking at home easy. Parking was a little tricky but was able to rearrange cars to fit. Roads can be windy leading up to house, but nothing was steep which was great!"

This Vrbo provided anything you could need while staying there. We highly recommend for other people."

"My husband, young kiddos and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home layout was very accommodating to our family of 5. The kitchen was spacious which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals after our daily adventures. We also loved fishing off the large, private dock. Our 4 year old caught his first bass... and now he's hooked! Thanks for the family memories! We will be back :)"

"Perfect gathering place for college friends in COMO for a reunion! Comfy beds, w/nice linens and pillows; property well-appointed throughout! Can’t think of a thing we wanted/needed that we couldn’t find. We took advantage of the outdoor gathering space, and enjoyed a perfect Spring afternoon with other of our friends in town for the same reunion. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!"
