« Rien à redire sur cet hôtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct! »

« The corporate side of the company has setup their Expedia rooms to be all the same, but charging for different tiers of rooms as though you will get what is listed, and pay for. IE:
Double queen standard
King with sofa
Junior Suite
Executive Suite
Etc.
I got an executive suite because it was assumed to have a microwave and frig, because the junior suite shows pictures of an actual suite with those amenities. One may assume if a junior does, a certainly executive does. Same price so why not go...

« We were visiting family and this was a great location away from campus and downtown. The property is clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is that there was a large group of lacrosse families staying at the hotel and when we were relaxing in the pool and hot tub, the pool and entire outside deck were taken over by about 25 kids and 30 adults. It was loud and crazy, and the parents weren't watching their kids who were screaming and playing rough in...
