The Neighborhood: This cabin is located off HWY 24 (Ute Pass), literally on the slope of Pikes Peak but only a few minutes from the highway. You are in the mountains so you will see wildlife. You may experience interrupted cell reception, so please record directions and all other information you need for your stay in advance. Wifi is available at the cabin. Getting Around: It is best to bring or rent a car. Other Things to Note: \+ Sleep in peace on super soft linens which were laundered in a professional facility to ensure the highest possible amount of viruses and bacteria are utterly destroyed. \+ This is bear country. Please do not leave any food outdoors or in your car. The garbage bin is located in front of the shed. Please make sure you put trash in the bear proof bin, and that recyclables are free of food and drink. \+ We reserve the right to collect ID directly from our guests before allowing access to the property. This is in addition to identification you may be asked to provide to the booking platform. \+ Our team sets out linens appropriate to the number of people on your reservation so please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number in your party. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin had everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. We saw lots of wildlife right out the window each day, took walks around the neighborhood and also enjoyed some great local food establishments so close! We had the most incredible stay at this cozy cabin in Colorado! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect rustic charm without sacrificing comfort. Waking up to panoramic mountain views each morning was absolutely breathtaking. We loved sipping coffee on the porch, watching the sunrise over the trees. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the fireplace made our evenings warm and relaxing. The location was ideal — tucked away in nature for peace and quiet, but still close enough to hiking trails, a cute mountain town, and a grocery store. We even saw deer right outside the window! Whether you're looking for adventure or just want to unwind, this cabin is a hidden gem. We’re already planning our next trip back. Everything was as advertised (the kitchen really is stocked. The welcoming touches of a sign, s’mores prep materials, some adult beverages, as well as the laid out towels and such are indicative of the care and thought put into making sure we had a quality and smooth stay. Further, we appreciated the solid list of area recommendations for restaurants, hikes and other attractions. The cabin was clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location that was close enough to everything we wanted to do yet far enough away to soak in the mountain air. First of all, it is decorated so beautifully, I just want to live there! The place is also bigger than I thought it would be. The master bedroom has a lot of space and is at the back of the house. It was quiet and we slept so well. The hot tub was very clean and we loved both outdoor spaces available to use. Overall, we had a great stay and hope to make it back again someday! ##### Jordan L.
