Dog Policy: This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. The house was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive.
