Super cozy bed and sleeping lofts. Porch was amazing for sitting and chatting outside. Easily able to heat and cool the cozy space with the little AC unit or fireplace and overhead fan. Bathroom was just enough space. We loved our stay here! The cabin was secluded and had a sense of privacy even though the ranch it's on is busy. The kitchen area was small, but it had several small appliances either on the counter or in the cupboard to give options for food prep. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! When we had questions or problems, the staff responded quickly through text messages. One thing to keep in mind: this is a cabin, so expect it to be rustic. There will be some dust and bugs. There will be temperature changes, so open the windows if needed and use the fireplace. These weren't issues for us, but be aware if you're thinking of booking that this is a cabin, not a full house or hotel, so it won't have central air or upscale amenities. We only had two minor complaints: first, the instructions for how to get to the location and where to drop off trash were a bit confusing. Second, the bathroom wasn't super convenient. They only sink is in the kitchen, and the bathroom door had a metal sign on it that rattled when the door was moved. This made it a little noisy to use the bathroom at night! Overall, we loved the quiet, the comfortable beds, the beautiful location, and the luxury of having our own spaces while still being close together. ##### Catherine Séjour de 4 nuits en septembre 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### John Voyage en famille, Voyage d’affaires 9 sept. 2025 Points forts : Propreté, commodités Points faibles : Service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement Awesome property but not enjoyable with no heat. Stayed in early September with overnight temperatures in the upper 40s - only heat in the treehouse is from the gas fireplace and the gas was not turned on and inaccessible to the guest. Called for "help" around 8:30 and it took an hour for a response and nothing was fixed. Contact stopped responding at 10:30 without resolving anything. Temperature in the room overnight fell into the low 50s. Contact never apologized or followed up on my stay. The treehouse sits on a beautiful horse ranch. I was very quite and peaceful. It has everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy the birds singing. In a secluded area with farmland and animals. My family was so excited to stay in a treehouse, as it was our first time. My concerns were with the property owner/management. Communication and cleaniness could have been alot better. The property probably hasn’t been cleaned since the last renters. There were dead flies everywhere, even in the beds. The sheets and blankets smelled bad. We drove 12 hours to get there so getting in a nice clean bed would have been nice. I messaged them about the flies in the bed they never responded. The fire pit wasn’t working(no biggie) they came and fixed it the next day. But again if someone would have inspected the property prior to arrival none of this would be an issue. THE Trash, this really for under my skin. Each treehouse has to take their trash to the main house down the road. The person messaged me in the morning saying it was trash day. And to put the trash in the bright green cans outside the treehouse. We messaged back and forth because I didn’t have a bright green can. Why not have cans at each property. It was a lot of little things. My advice, if you don’t care about clean sheets or good communication. Go for it! Again very cute, we stayed for 5 days. My 11 year old son loved his space. If you smoke do not rent, if you like loud music do not rent, this is not a party rental space. Not much hot water in the shower. I stayed in plent air bnb or vrbo and this is the first review I have posted like this. Upon arriving we found this property to be cozy and inviting. It was aesthetically pleasing and while anticipating a tight fit for our family it was actually roomy enough. It is worth noting in case you can’t tell from the pictures that there is no sink in the bathroom but we knew this beforehand and it wasn’t a problem. The host left plenty of towels for us, which was appreciated. While we didn’t have need of much of the kitchen area, it was well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as extra paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available in the bathroom as well. The short amount of time we had to sit on the deck around the fire pit was enjoyable. The only problem we encountered was a strong mothball smell in the double sized loft area where we found an open bag of mothballs. We were unable to use that area but thankfully we had an air mattress packed and sleeping wasn’t an issue. I would only recommend to check ahead of time that mothballs are removed and the place aired out before arrival. A previous reviewer said they couldn’t find the trash receptacle after their stay but we found it easily by following instructions the host gives in their email. There was one friendly orange cat who hung around which for our family was a pleasure. Good experience overall with only a few things that would have made this a 5 star visit. It was a little inconvenient that there was no sink in the bathroom, there was a very strong smell of mothballs when we arrived and we looked everywhere for the garbage bin to throw away our trash at the end of the weekend, but couldn't find it. Other than that, the place was cozy and clean.
