Wonderful Time in COS
The apartment was exactly as described. Loved the kitchen - everything needed to cook meals was there including an air fryer, rice cooker, spices, cookware & bakeware, microwave & oven. Very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment including games, books, candy, electric teakettle and Keurig. Cozy atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the location - easy walking distance to downtown.

Quaint place near downtown
My friend and I stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed it. The checkin process was super easy and the place was very clean. This property was in a very walkable location and close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family.

Good stay
One Bedroom space was as presented on the listing images. Really nice kitchen with Gas Stove. The notes provided by the Host were accurate for gaining access to the unit as well as logging into Wifi. As such, there was no need to communicate with the Host The Street Parking was unexpected and wasn't noted as such on the listing. Given the season of the year and having a Rental Car, visitors will want to be careful as Ice and Snow may present and accumulate during a stay, as was the case during my visit. I am curious if the exercise equipment and free weights on the Front Porch are available for use by Guest? Being an athlete competing in triathlons, is the reason for the question. Overall, I would book here again.

Walk to everywhere
This was a great place to stay while exploring downtown Colorado Springs. There are wonderful restaurants, breweries, museums and shops to visit within a short walking distance. The place was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great place, scary parking on busy street
Nice place with a real home feeling. Scary parking on the street with cars whipping by inches from our parked car. Big mean dog lives in main house. We really did love it though easy walk to old downtown

Perfect place to stay
The apartment was stock with everything you would need. Enjoyed setting outside to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. Also, close to eating establishments & within a few miles of a park with pickle ball courts. We felt safe in the neighborhood. If in this area again would definitely stay here!!

Cute place and fab location!
Quaint and quirky apartment with delightful shared patio space and awesome location. No additional pet fees which is amazing and the hosts were super friendly and speedy responders! The bed is definitely closer to a full than a queen so it was a smidge tighter than we expected, but that’s my only lil note! Would definitely stay again :)

Perfect Place for Pikes Peak fun.
My son and I participated in the Pikes Peak Hillclimb festivities and The Boulder Place was the perfect spot for us. We were 20 minutes from the Pikes Peak entrance gate, and roughly two blocks from downtown Colorado Springs, which made attending the Pikes Peak Fan Fest a breeze. There’s a bunch of great restaurants within easy walking distance, but you’re far enough away from downtown that you’re not dealing with parking or traffic hassles.

A Great Place To Come Home To
My Dad and I took a road trip to Springs so he could see the mountains for the first time. In fact, you can see 'em from the front porch, a nice view to walk out to. I got to meet my hosts on the first day of my stay, both of who were very friendly and nice to chat with. They seemed happy to have us in the building, and answered any questions we had. We got the feeling they cared about our comfort, and that was much appreciated. The place was clean, had everything you'd need. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and the big smart TV out front was nice for dinner. Overall, a cool, old-timey feel that had some modern additions. Nice neighborhood, close to everything, though some passing foot traffic was a bit interesting at times - but that's no fault of the host, of course. 4/20 friendly is great for visiting smokers, again I mention the mountain view out front. It's great to soak it in, even if you've been before. Would recommend staying with the Rowes at Boulder Place, one of my better rentals I've checked into, also my first through Vrbo. Not a bad experience at all, thanks guys!

Great location
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It was evident that Christopher had thoughtfully decorated and equipped this space. Located blocks from downtown we were steps away from stores and restaurants. Our dog Murphy was welcomed with an outside "rest area" and bowls for food and water. Beautiful flowers were everywhere outside making our returns even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

This cozy house worked well for us. I dropped my kids off at the campus every day. Very nice drive down N Nevada. Then I set up my office at the house. We did all our cooking there and the kitchen worked great.

Amazing Property
Boulder Place is a cute, quaint apartment in the heart of Colorado Springs. The location is very close to shopping and dining. The apartment also has all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. We were easily able to prepare meals in the well stocked kitchen and was able to do laundry with the on site washer and dryer! Absolutely wonderful! We will definitely stay here every time we come to the Springs!

Mannequins in the Window!
Our VRBO was cozy and we loved the location. It was so close to downtown and we were able to walk to so many bars and restaurants. It was a little warm the first night as there is no AC but thankfully it cooled down for the rest of our trip so we didn’t need AC.

Like having all the amenities of being at home
We enjoyed our stay greatly. The host is awesome and was very easy to communicate with. Everything was there (and more--my wife ate a few too many of the mints in the bowls) and we were very thankful to stay there, and I would definitely stay there again when in Colorado Springs. It is about 3-4 blocks from the downtown shops and nightlife, and also 3-4 blocks in the other direction from an amazing college setting of landscaped beautiful old school homes. We always felt safe, but the street for one block is just a touch "urban" with a few sirens heard at night. I loved staying here and gave it a 10/10 for convenience to the downtown area and that comfortable kick back feeling while there. Kitchen was awesome, has everything you'll ever need, Washer/Dryer super convenient to go home with clean clothes and not a laundry bag. Beds comfortable, the apartment was older but super clean! My wife gave it an 8.5/10 and that was only because she didn't feel 100% safe walking around by herself after dark but once you get a few blocks away, you'll see college kids and the area is amazing. It's obvious that the owner went to great lengths to make sure the stay was excellent, and I think he succeeded because this place for the value can't be beat.

Cute Colorado Springs Apartment
The apartment was very cute. It has a kitschy feel, almost like a college apartment with mismatched furniture, but it works and gives it a cute vibe. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. The house had everything we needed, a full kitchen, parking, throw blankets etc. It is in a good location, walkable to downtown, or a 3 minute drive. We did send a message to the host with a question about parking and still haven’t gotten a response. It also was not as clean as we would have liked. The stove top was filthy, the inside of the fridge was dirty, and around the toilet was dirty. Overall, it’s a cute little place that has everything you need for a few nights. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay that’s close to everything, this is your place. If you’re a clean freak, keep looking.

Old School Charm with New School Amenities
