Tucked away in a quiet rustic area, this private 2-bedroom walk-out suite offers a peaceful escape right in the heart of Colorado Springs. Enjoy your own entrance, full bath, cozy living area, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Though it feels secluded, you’re just minutes from Powers, Academy, downtown, military bases, and parks. A rare blend of privacy, comfort, and unbeatable location.

Each bedroom offers a peaceful space to rest, featuring a comfortable bed, a desk with a chair for remote work or journaling, and a closet for storage. Designed for both relaxation and function.
