Everything was in order and perfectly clean and welcoming. The nights (and days) were freezing but we’d have never known because the preset temperature was perfect! They had a Keurig coffee maker with a large selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The bathroom was clean and we were provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc. the beds were comfortable and cozy. They have a ping pong table, too! We had access to everything we needed amd more. The hot tub was so nice for recovery after the trek up the Manitou Incline. Viola and Steve were lovely hosts and thought of just about everything. The owners were excellent communicators and the property was immaculate. The hot tub was the perfect feature after a long day of hiking, and we were lucky enough to stay on a beautifully clear night so stargazing was phenomenal. The thoughtful touches and personalizations were very much appreciated as well. For all of you “fan sleepers,” I was worried because I left my fan at home, but there were THREE fans to choose from! The host went above and beyond to make sure my children were accommodated. From toys, games, and plenty of movie snacks my kids had the best time. The Suite was very clean and cozy.
