The Private basement suite is clean (pillow protectors and mattress protectors too)/private and all one level (no stairs or slopes). Close street parking, just steps away from the back yard gate. Then only a few more steps on the brick pathway to the suite sliding glass door. Once booked, guests will be given a personal code for the lock box for the suite key.

1st Bedroom: Brand New May 2023 KING size memory foam mattress with an adjustable bedframe, Desk, 45-inch Smart Tv & view of the mountain range with a large walk-in closet, air purifier fan, luggage racks, extra pillows/blanket

2nd Bedroom: Bunk bed-twin over twin mattresses and a Queen Size Memory Foam mattress. 45-inch Smart tv w/NES Nintendo system. With over 600 games on it, dresser, air purifier fan and large walk-in closet. In this closet is a pop-up game table that seats 4, kids table seats 4, Kids Frozen and lion king themed chairs (see pictures) Queen Lifted Air Mattress with sheets and pillows, Extra blankets/pillows, highchair, a pack and play, cornhole game, baby bath and some infant play time floor thing

Bathroom: Located in between both rooms and has a door separating the shower & toilet from the two sinks. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap provided. Cotton towels, washcloths & hand towels located in the under the bathroom sink. Extra toilet paper and random things (band aids, feminine toiletries, etc) also under the sink

Kitchen: (The Mountain view in the pictures is a window mural. Not an actual view) Fully stocked with dishes, glasses/mugs, wine glasses. Kitchen table seating up to 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy full view of the living room and tv from the kitchen seating area and the mountain range from the window. Full size fridge (With 10 cups Brita Pitchter with water filter), large Sink, Whirlpool Oven/Stove, Full Size Microwave. High-quality stainless-steel pots and pans/skillets. Air Fryer Confection Oven Combo with three racks, 18"x11" large flat counter-top electric griddle (great for pancakes/French toast) Crock pot, Electric Water Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, Keurig (Coffee/Tea Provided), Island, rice maker, Water Pitcher, spices & all cooking/Cooking oil/Bowls, Cookware, Etc. Grilling utensils (for the outdoor grill)

Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer. Soap and dryer sheets provided. Ironing Board and Iron. A computer desk/workspace with desk chair. Power strip to plug in computer and other electronics. Basketballs/footballs and small basketball hoop in there as well. There is a basketball court within close walking distance from the suite and can be seen from the porch.

Living Room: Comfy seating area with a sectional seated in an open space, 65" smart tv (Netflix, Apple TV, Disney +, HBO, Hulu, Amazon Prime), Electric fireplace stocked full of board games, puzzles and kids puzzles. And a 2021 Pac-Man arcade.
*Dog owners: There is a doggy door that leads out to the fully fenced in secure yard. This helps your pups bathroom breaks be hassle & accident free.

Kids Play Cave/Den: With interactive wall game, animal pillows, puzzles and stand play table.

Back porch and fully fenced in yard (wooden fence with wire mesh secure for even the smallest of dogs) (please see house rules for extra dog fees) Patio seating with full sectional outdoor sofa with patio string lighting, swing set, gas grill, propane fire pit. Also another seated area with a wood burning firepit for Smores and family fun. There is an outdoor table so you and you're family can enjoy the sunsets over dinner. Keep your eyes out for little bunnies, deer & squirrels running around outside. And enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard. At night the porch lights are on a timer and provide a peaceful feel while the sunset/mountain view can be seen from the porch.

Also: The upstairs is where me and my roommate reside. It is completely blocked off and separate/secured from the downstairs. And I doubt you will even hear anyone. This is a private suite but again it’s in a home. Keep in mind that's its quiet, private, clean and comfy. All I ask is that you kindly respect quiet hours, voice/tv levels (after quiet time) leave all weed products out of the suite and respect my neighbors too. -No parties or events: The property is not suitable for parties or events to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for neighbors and surrounding areas
-8 Guests max at the Suite at one time, to ensure compliance with local regulations and prevent overcrowding
-Security cameras outside of the home. 1 facing the backyard & 1 on the back porch
-Bookings over 6 guests are charged $80 more for extra clean fee
-Any damage to property/furniture/carpet and evidence of smoking or drugs are subject to a $500 fee
