Clean, lots of space and tons of amenities. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was the most generous with amenities we have experienced. House decor and coffee table books were top tier. Fully stocked kitchen with many complementary items and an awesome playroom that our kids absolutely loved (toys, costumes, games, books). The deck is amazing we spent as much time as we could out there with the fire pit. And there is wildlife all around (even saw a bear in the woods! From a distance of course) The location is nice being close to pikes peak and there are several grocery stores and restaurants within 10-15 mins. Also the best checkout process ever. Only two items to do (trash and lock the doors) Never had it that easy. Overall we had a great stay and the host was very communicative and provided an awesome house. ##### Curt A.
