Welcome to our fabulously revamped cabin, where modern comfort and wild whimsy collide! Plunge into relaxation in the oversized hot tub. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace or gather your crew around the fire table outdoors for s'more shenanigans under the starry sky. Get your grill game on with our high end Weber or whip up culinary masterpieces in the fully stocked kitchen. With a smart TV for entertainment and local trails for exploring, boredom is on vacation!
Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy. We do have exterior security cameras on the property to monitor traffic. They will be on during your stay.
Please note, there is a studio basement rental beneath this cabin with its own entrance. It is not connected to the property you'd be renting by any interior doors. All of your amenities when you book Rockies Ranch are private. You also have your own designated parking. If you want to book the studio in addition to the main cabin, please contact us and we can see if it is available for your desired dates!
If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $180\.
We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.
Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
\-- To protect the wildlife in Cascade, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside.
\-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
\-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
\-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
\-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.
Pet Fees:
\-- One night stay is $75
\-- 2-7 night stay is $150
\-- 8+ nights is $250
\-- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee.
Notes to take into account:
\--October-May we can have snow storms. Please be aware you may need 4-wheel drive. Check the weather for Cascade-Chipita Park as it can be very different from Colorado Springs.
\--We are also in a forest fire area, so fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. This may mean not being able to use certain fire features or our grill. We will try to let you know during your stay if there is high fire danger and what cannot be used.
\--Rockies Ranch doesn't have A/C, but at this elevation you rarely need it! It stays much cooler at 7,800 ft and open windows at night keeps it comfortable.

#### Beautiful cabin!
Such a cute place! We loved our stay. I was worried about not having AC (we are from Texas and need ac) but we were never warm. Just opened the windows and enjoyed the nice breeze. We would definitely stay again.

#### Spring Getaway
Cozy ambiance. Relaxing. Beautiful views. Many sights and activities near by. Weather was not in their control but a great experience for us. We do not usually get snow! They even had sledding board/ saucer available for use. Our teenager loved it. Great communication with the host. We plan on staying again in the future.

#### A pleasant accommodation with the appeal of a mountain getaway.
We enjoyed a great night's sleep in a contemporary home with resort-style features. Our stay was warm and inviting, with thoughtful details that make it feel like an upscale resort, but with the comfort and amenities of home. The place is quiet and private. The kitchen and living room are designed well and flow from one space to another. The pine-forested hillsides of the Cascade-Chipita Park area are lovely to see through the windows. It's really a sweet and picturesque place that makes for a wonderful stay.

#### Pikes Peak adventure
We really enjoyed our stay here. Looks newly renovated and everything was just like in the photos when booking. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond when I had questions. Awesome location just outside entrance to Pikes Peak park. Perfect little deck space with fire pit and hot tub made for a relaxing star gazing experience with our children. 10 out of 10 would stay here again! Thank you!

This property is stunning. Great neighborhood, felt very safe and cozy. The house is immaculate. They went all out on the small details. Very well curated. The decor will make you want to go home and redecorate. We saw a lot of wildlife just from the kitchen windows. The house is so close to everything - we we’re able to visit pikes peak, hike mueller state park, 11 mile canyon, garden of the gods, pick up groceries at natural grocers, we got the best coffee at Java haus, grab ice cream in Manitou springs and have dinner with family in Florissant. Do not miss the chance to have a meal at red diamond gastro pub. There’s limited seating but the owner and chef will make you a meal you will not be disappointed with. We spent a lot of time out and about but it was so nice to come back to this gorgeous home and relax. Can’t wait to stay anywhere this host offers next time we’re visiting Colorado.
