House instructions were clear and easy to follow. TV's are all signed into premier streaming services like Netflix and Youtube TV. I was able to work remotely with a fast Internet connection & especially enjoyed the clean hot tub afterwards.Great view into the city, directly facing the airport & Space Force Base. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were surprised with the amount of wildlife in the neighborhood. Having the downstairs half bath was very convenient as was the laundry between the bedrooms. Perfect home for a vacation stay. We look forward to returning with more of our family and friends! Everything is neat. 1st floor has a powder room, 2nd floor has a large bathroom suite in the master bedroom, and a shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our only trouble was in the first night when we tried to locate the property, our GPS got it wrong and the house number was a bit hard to see in dark. Other than that, our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise from the living room, it was really a surprise when we open the curtain that morning. This was year 33 for us. Kristina is an excellent host and makes sure you have everything you need and more. We have stayed in lots of VRBO, this place is one of the best we have stayed in and will come back. Clean, well stocked and awesome location.
