This beautiful family-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms offering all the comfort and everything you need for a perfect family vacation or work trip: clean spaces, comfortable beds, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every room, a laundry room, and a nice backyard with comfortable patio dining, a relaxing hot tub, a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, a playground for the younger guests and absolutely beautiful night views!

This was the best vacation home rental we’ve ever had! The house was clean and well equipped for our family which included 3 children. The host communicated so well we felt like family and her dad was a hoot! Definitely choose this home or one of the others this host owns. You won’t be sorry.

This place was the best home we have ever stayed in! Couldn’t find a spec of dirt anywhere and everything was exactly as shown and even better than the pictures! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! If I could give a 10 star review I would!

This property was excellent for our family gathering. We had 4 adults and 2 children, there was plenty of space for us all. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and there was a lovely park a short walk away. The back yard was perfect for cooking and eating outside. The hot tub was clean and hot, very enjoyable. We would stay again.

It was beautiful, clean. Kristina was amazing. The only down fall was it was upstairs and we are all over 60 but we made it work just fine. I would definitely recommend getting this home for your vacation

Great stay, awesome host! This property was an excellent stay for our hockey tournament weekend, shopping and eating very near did not have to travel out of our way. House very clean, well stocked and very cozy. We definitely will book this stay for the next tournament, or even if we're visiting. 5 stars...

Beautiful home in a perfect area. There’s lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The host is super nice and clearly explains the rules u need to follow. Super reasonable rules, that were easy to follow. The hot tub was great, we just went when it was cold out so u can imagine us getting out of it haha 10/10 recommend this spot if ur staying in Colorado Springs!

The property was clean, nice, open, bright and in a nice established neighborhood. The host communicated excellently and provided the nice extra “little” things to help our stay be so easy such as extra towels, young child things, toiletries, and brochures to local attractions, etc. The full kitchen, washer/dryer and backyard area with hot tub were great after a long day of vacationing. Our family was extremely pleased and appreciative!!

We absolutely loved the home, it was clean and spacious. It was really close to my son's house which mad it easy to go back in fourth. I would highly recommend this home and plan on revisiting Colorado, if available we will be renting the house again. thank you for a great place to stay

Great location in a quiet neighborhood & close to lots of attractions. The house is lovely and very clean, well maintained and plenty of room for our family of 8. Kristina was a great host and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Tons of amenities from the hot tub, swing set, Keurig coffee maker with pods, TV’s in every room, laundry soap, pack n play for the toddler… I could go on & on. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in town, highly recommended.

This rental was very clean, in a very good location, and the host was very kind. The We really enjoyed the hot tub and the checkin and check out process was very simple. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to town!

The property was very clean, had extra towels, pillows, linens, box fans. Beds were comfortable. Amazing bathtub! Hot tub was great. Close to the movies, restaurants, and Walmart. Hosts were available and very responsive. I will definitely stay again.

This property was great for our extended family. The house was so well prepared with simple necessities that made it so comfortable and accessible from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient to so many activities and attractions and was able to fit the needs of our group ranging in age from 1-83. The high chair, pack and play, extra diapers and supplies was greatly appreciated. The swing set/play ground and sand box kept the 4 year old happy, and the fenced back yard gave us privacy and space to enjoy the amazing mornings and wonderful evenings spending time together. Our hostess was super responsive to questions and assisted us in getting the most from our time there. We were happy with our stay and would highly recommend this to others as a great Vrbo option in the area. Would definitely return if we come back to the area.

Colorado Vacation

The property was exceptionally clean! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great centralized location for Pikes Peak and the Royal Gorge. It is also close to the zoo and Garden of the gods. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again!
