The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and soft lighting for a restful atmosphere. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed, while the third is ideal for families or groups, offering a queen bed plus twin bunk beds.
The open-concept living room includes plenty of seating and a 55" Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. High-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) ensures smooth connectivity for work or play. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals.

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The Primary Guest or the person booking must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate the reservation if you do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
NO SMOKING is allowed INSIDE. Smoking is permitted outside, and we have provided a receptacle for your convenience.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Portable AC unit - best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
