### Finding Your Rhythm In The Heart Of It All

Located in the heart of Colorado Springs, this cottage is quaint with a fun outdoor experience to include a fire pit, turfed area with cornhole, outdoor covered seating with string lights, giant checkerboard, and a grill. Located minutes from Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Downtown, and more. This home is the perfect retreat for your itinerary!   
  
This cottage has been remodeled from top to bottom and inside and out. You will be comfortable with all the amenities to include Air Conditioning, reclining seat, a well equipped kitchen, memory foam mattress, black out blinds in the bedroom, Washer/Dryer, and a Smart TV for your post adventuring leisure. Outside you can enjoy a fire pit, covered patio seating, corn hole and checkers, and a grill for cooking.  
  
You will provided with a unique door code prior to your check in. The code will activate at 4:00 PM on your check in date and deactivate at 10:00 AM on your check out date.
