Seven falls is no more than 10 minutes away and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is even closer. We had a great stay at the house for the weekend for a family reunion that was held at the Broadmoor, which, like everything else, was only a short walk from the house. We really appreciated the long table off the kitchen which was able to seat all 8 of us, plus three other guests for dinner who weren’t staying there with us. The beds were especially comfortable! The house is unique with an abundance of character. The children (ages 7,6,4,3) loved the bunks in the loft. Very spacious, while cozy at the same time.
