Relaxing
The cottage was wonderful. Although the mattress made it difficult for two people to sleep as it sank to the middle. Also the walkway at night was dark so it was easy to trip over the pavers. We do hope to return and enjoy this place again. We would greatly recommend this place.

Perfect location
The cabin was great! This was such a perfect location for us. It was within walking distance of downtown Manitou Springs, and short driving distances from the things we wanted to see. I was able to walk my dog from the cabin to the nearby park. The cabin is small. Perfect for a couple or a couple with a baby. The river runs right behind, and you can sit on the deck, listening to the rushing water. Beautiful! Everything we needed was provided, and we were satisfied with most everything. Manitou Springs was very charming, and I would encourage anyone looking for a place close to everything in the area (Pike's Peak, Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, etc.) to consider this place.

We enjoyed the proximity of the cabin to the downtown area. Also enjoyed the stream that runs behind the property. Close to everything we were interested in visiting while in the area.

This cabin is located perfectly in town. Very close to everything but far enough to be quiet. Loved the back deck the most. Spent a lot of time there. Will be back.

Lovely cottage but a little too tight for our liking. Great location for us. The creek is an added bonus! The bed does need a some updating. We had no communication with the property manager other than when booking. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Quaint Cabin
This was a surprisingly clean cabin. For 400 square feet, the space is well utilized. We had a nice stay visiting the area. Being in our 70's, we were not smart tv savvy, but with the owner's help we were able to use the tv..We used the cabin for mostly sleep, since we visited many sights in the area. In our opinion it is only able to support 3 people, comfortably. The deck was adjacent to the mountain stream which was a big plus. Overall, it was just the right size for the two of us.

Great deck!
The cabin is nice. The deck is wonderful. We had an issue with a water leak and the owners responded quickly. If I was looking for one thing that could be fixed it is in the shower it needs a shelf to put products on. We were very relaxed and comfortable during our stay.

Perfect for a small group.
This creek side cabin if perfectly set up for small groups. My little family of four were very comfortable and loved sitting on the back deck with the creek going by. It’s a walking distance from several very good restaurants of you don’t want to cook and if you’re taking the cog railroad to pikes Peak it’s a twenty minute walk to that as well. If your cooking the small kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean and easy to find and the area was quiet at night, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!
This was the perfect place for my 2 sisters and me to have a girls' getaway. We loved the location .... away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but close enough to get to the downtown area in a matter of minutes. Sitting on the big deck throughout the day and evenings when we were at the cabin was pure heaven!!! Ducks, squirrels, and other birds kept us very entertained. It was peaceful and SOOO relaxing! We had a problem with the microwave going out on us, but a quick text was all it took to get a new microwave delivered and set up within 40 minutes. Paige and Seth are VERY responsive and accomodating hosts!! I can't say enough about how fantastic they were. This is the second time I've stayed at their properties, and it won't be the last! Super property and super hosts. We WILL be back! That is certain!

The house is quaint and cute. I absolutely adored the back porch! Only problem I had with the stay is there wasn't an air conditioner. A little window unit would be plenty to cook the entire house

Just what we needed
We chose this rental because of the location on the creek. We brought Mom (86) to see and feel the creek that she grew up playing in. She absolutely loved it and was so thrilled. We will be sending friends in the near future. Thank you for making her smile so bright.

Birthday stay
It wasn't a nice place to stay for the price. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone run down worn out needs tons of outdoor clean up. Inside was run down old sheets and bedding. Left early, was not relaxing or comfortable.

Thanks Barabara but sorry we are a bit confused by your review. We do buy all new sheets and bedding 2 times a year as well as as needed.. We do apologize if you felt like the outdoors could have been better. We did immediately do a full cleanup and landscaping of the property but it is in a forest with large trees overheard. The trex deck is brand new as of March of this year and the cabin was a complete down to the studs remodel in 2016.

Amazing location and great experience
This was our first time using Vrbo, but the check in process was really easy. Instructions were sent out early, and communication with the owner was excellent. The view was amazing, we spent so much time in the morning and evenings on the deck with the spring bubbling beside the deck. The location is second to none, within a few min of Pikes Peak, Garden of the God's, trails, and so many restaurants!

Manitou Springs cabin that has it all
Seven Bridges is the perfect location to experience it all. For 7 days we stayed in this little but spacious cabin. Seven Bridges had everything we needed to enjoy the comfort of relaxing. From cookware to extra blankets. The host is very responsive to anything you need. Now let’s talk about the back porch😍. This large spacious porch was incredible. It is right next to the little creek that runs and up against the side of a hill. Watching the wildlife while listening to the creek run was so peaceful. I suggest leaving the back door open when you go to bed, the creek will put you to sleep. All in all if you want a nice little to cabin to either relax or a place to come back to from touring all day, this is your place.

This cabin was in the perfect walking distance to dowtown Manitou Spring shopping and restaurants. It was also close driving distance to all other site seeing activities we wanted to see. There was construction going on which made it harder to find the cabin (and may have been easier to find if we had known). Other than that, the construction didn’t bother us one bit and road construction is out of the cabin owners control. An hour before our arrival time, the owner of the property sent me a message letting us know Mother Nature destroyed our deck and offered us the options of cancellation with full refund, staying in a different cabin, or a full nights refund. It was nice she offered that accommodation. The one downside was that for a couple days someone was outside banging around doing construction work for the new deck and we weren’t notified. Since it was done at a reasonable hour it was tolerable. The springs that runs through the backyard is amazing!!! You can hear it all evening. It’s beautiful and so relaxing. This is a property that we will definitely stay at again. It made our first experience to the mountains a positive one. Thank you so much! My only recommendations would be to maybe hang a small curtain of some sort to separate the living and bedroom space and maybe add another mirror of some sort that could be used while the bathroom is occupied. Other than that, this property was amazing!

Great quiet get away.
This our 2nd stay at this property. We love it. There was a small WIFI problem but the owner helped me with it. The porchlight doesn't work and the deck boards could use some attention. Overall we highly recommend it.

Charming Setting
Property was perfect for what we needed. Excellent location, easy walk to beautiful downtown Manitou for some food or shopping. Cottage was small but comfortable for my wife and I and back deck with running creek was a great way to begin and end a full day. Off street parking an added plus! Only drawback was no A/C, house was warm during day but was able to cool to acceptable comfort at night with fans and open windows.

Love the outdoor deck. This cabin is as pictured and in good shape. We did find the coffee pot 1/2 full and not cleaned out when we arrived but that didn’t take away from what turned out to be a wonderful extended weekend. Highly recommend this property.

The cabins are located on the northern end of the main street of the town and very close to a great public park. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Town had a very large, Penny arcade! Very child friendly town!

Perfect location!
PERFECT LOCATION right in the heart of charming Manitou Springs. Walk to all the restaurants, shops, and Famous Penny Arcade. A small grocery store only a few doors down. The creek out back was magic! A short 8 min drive to Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon and only 5 min from the Manitou Incline. We can’t wait to come back. What a charming little cottage!

Excellent Location!
This cabin is as advertised. No frills, rustic cabin in an absolutely great location. (Once the construction is done). Everything was great with one exception; The outdoor light on the neighboring rental was on all the time, pointed at our cabin and back deck, set on automatic motion sensor mode, so it would continuously turn on and off all night long. Sometimes it was the rude renters that would sit out by the creek and every time the light went off, they would wave their hands to make it come back on. (Guess they needed lights to look at their cell phones. Which is all they did while sitting outside) Other times it would seem to go on and off on its own. If I wanted our deck to be lit up like a freeway, I would have turned on our deck light. Disappointing that we were unable to sit on our deck after dark with any kind of privacy. Minor annoying detail about an otherwise great cabin to stay in. Will return, but please remove the light!

Our family loved this cozy cabin! The location to downtown Manitou Springs was perfect - only a short 4 min walk. The back porch overlooked a beautiful creek. It was very peaceful and the perfect getaway!

Two things: We would have liked it if someone told us the street in front of the cabin was all torn up and under construction! The park where you wanted us to walk our dog was not a block away, but 4 or 5 blocks! Plus, it was under construction! Also, the strainer for the dishes really needs to be cleaned better, especially the silverware compartments.

Loved the small cabin and odd angles within. Our cabin had a big tree growing on it that the cabin was built around. Very nice place and would be happy stay their again once the construction out on the street finishes!

Peaceful yet Convenient Location
Perfectly located for Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. You couldn't find anything so close to the entrances to these sites. I know everything says it's close but this one is right on top of both. No need to go into Co Springs at all. Great food nearby and all of Manitou Springs is walking distance. Walk to breakfast, coffee, shops, etc. In less than a half mile from front door. Once you get back to the cabin you camt hear amy of the street noise over the beautiful rushing creek. We went all over the west on an 11 night vacation and that back porch was the highlight of my trip.
