Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy s south gate, 15 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from Park, movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Two bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 60 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

We enjoyed the house so very much!!! It was a beautiful house!!! The patio was amazing!!! And the little extra touches where truly appreciated!!! The grandson loved having a treat waiting for him!!! We will return again!!! We have stayed at many places and this was the best!!! I debated on leaving the review out of fear it will be booked when we want it! But it's worth the wait!!!

Really nice visit to Colorado Springs. The host, Chad, was quick to reply to messages and very welcoming. The house was perfect for us and as advertised. I absolutely loved the check out process, just grab your stuff and start the dishwasher! We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here when in town for my oldest son’s wedding. The house was clean and so many little extras were in the house to make our stay so comfortable! Host was very quick to reply and check-in was so easy. We really enjoyed our stay even though we weren’t at the house much since we were running around getting wedding things done…it was nice to come back to comfortable beds each night!

Myself and 2 of my sisters stayed here for 3 nights while in Colorado Springs to visit family, friends and a bit of sightseeing. This location was great for us. We were 10-15 minutes from family and friends and within a half hour to several sightseeing locations. The owner, Chad was very quick to respond and check in was flawless. Appreciated parking inside garage, felt very safe in this neighborhood. We loved having a comfortable home/seating for relaxing and visiting together and each having our own bedroom, 2 full baths and a half bath downstairs in seating/tv area! So much better than a hotel. Very thoughtful host even provided snack basket and basic amenities. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit!!! Very clean and decorated nicely, super cozy with a fireplace!

Safe, comfortable home with great access to I-25

We rented for 3 months while we waited for our new home to be built. Chad (our host) was incredibly responsive to our questions and so friendly & easy to interact with. The fenced yard was great for our pets and the beds and couches were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt totally safe there. It was a great location too!
