About this space  
Spectacular home located perfectly for getting away and disconnecting but close to town. The Quad Cities and BettPlex are only 20 minutes away!  
  
The private 25 acres boasts trees, wildlife, farm land, a lake and so much more. Come to relax, disconnect, swim, or just reconnect with family. Enjoy a quiet walk around the property early in the morning to the sounds of nature!  
  
\*Please note that pool is closed between October and early April. Thanks  
The space  
The home is perfect for family gathering. The home has two living areas, a theater room and 3 season room perfect for relaxing.  
  
Explore the land with a six person golf cart, which is available to rent for $50/day.  
  
The home is located 20 miles from the Quad Cities where there is great dining, shopping and activities for families of all ages!  
  
Enjoy golf? TPC Deere Run is nearby and boasts a pristine golf experience. Home of the John Deere Classic, a PGA Tour event. JD Classic players have stayed with us, including a Classic winner!
