"The young lady on reception was just so lovely, friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and clean. The sofa was not particularly comfortable, likely due to it being a sofa bed. The bathroom door had expanded possibly due to getting wet from the shower? It meant the door stuck at the bottom and caused my husband to walk into the door handle resulting in a bruised abdomen! The curtains are a little challenging to close and would benefit from an electronic mechanism. Only thing missing from kitchen was a tea towel, otherwise everything we needed. We were staying for a concert at Iberdola park so price of room reflected this. There is really nothing in the area to see but public transport is good and there is a supermarket around the corner. Worth noting it’s closed on Sunday,"

The facilities are excellent — the flat itself is well equipped and clean, and the building offers great extras such as a gym and a swimming pool (though the pool was closed during my stay). The staff were very helpful throughout, and the area is well connected by public transport. In fact, the bus turned out to be both quicker and cheaper than the metro for getting into the city."

We got moved to another room in 2nd floor, and no complaints, all beautiful even the decor was nicer than previous room. The staff was extremely helpful, they make our stay very comfortable but the first night was rough . Definitely, you need a car if you are staying at this hotel."
