We chose a bad season to attempt to ski in and ski out from this location though and it was a hike to and from Heading Home. It’s tough to tell if it truly would’ve been ski in/ski out with snow, but the slope was close enough to walk to. Space was nice for gathering with two families of grown ups and hand-feeding the deer each evening was a lovely bonus! It was unseasonably warm when we visited so we didn’t get to try the fireplace, but we did get to try the fans upstairs! All in all, a great visit!" There was stains in the toilet, toothpaste and hair stuck to the sink and a giant pile of dirty towels in the bathtub that we had to wash. Mind you, if you leave dirty dishes in the sink upon checking-out there's a 50 fee. It brought into question the cleanliness of everything else and we wondered if it had been cleaned at all. The dishes on the drying rack hadn't been put away either."
